See All ReviewsWe visited Kennedy Space Center today from California with a family of nine and ate at Space Bowl Bistro. Jen Watts was absolutely wonderful—kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. Despite a few issues with other coworkers, Jen completely turned our experience around. Her smile, eye contact, and positive demeanor truly stood out, and even our children noticed the difference. We were visiting for our 12-year-old cousin’s Make-A-Wish Foundation experience, and he had an amazing time thanks to the accessibility and supportive environment. Thank you, Jen the Gem—you made our day unforgettable 💎
We arrived for lunch, around 1, halfway through the hours they’re open (11-3), and we were truly disappointed in our service. The staff seemed clearly overworked, and many of them weren’t assisting as the line grew, and even though it was the middle of the day, the korean beef ran out, and it took them 15 minutes to restock. Once we got our food, it was delicious, and the manager even gave us extra beef for the wait, but we had not expected such a long wait, and such frustrated staff. I hope this was just because of the busy presidents’ day weekend.
$13 bowl ended up being $19 and was not told that those were up charges when they were asking what what to put in the bowl. When I explained at the register, nothing was done about the lack of communication. They could’ve easily made a customer happy by apologizing and not charging $6 dollars for rice and beans. But they chose not to. Good customer service can go a long way. Food was good.
